City Traffic

I had been to Kolkata after a long time and found that the traffc situation is not as ad as it used to be during Pooja earlier. The rains might have eased a little but one basic idea struck me that the Kolkatans have learnt to leave with the problem. Thinking about it I felt that there is an easy solution for Traffic Woes that can be applied easily.
Look! all our offices open at 10 am in the morning and get closed by 5pm. This was what we followed from the great British Masters. We never thought that times have changed. Offices and works have multiplied many fold so also the population and the vehicles. Is it not necessary to accommodate these changes.
HERE IS THE IDEA!
Can we not stagger the office hours ? Only if we have offices starting at different timings and closing at different hours, probably keeping the office hours undisturbed, we may be able to handle some load of traffic congestion. It is also possible to have holidays in different sectors on different days of the week. It is not necessary that all offices have a holiday on Sunday only.
